Wild Style is a 1983 hip hop film produced by Charlie Ahearn. Released theatrically in 1983 by First Run Features and later re-released for home video by Rhino Home Video, it is regarded as the first hip hop motion picture. The film featured seminal figures within the given period, such as Fab Five Freddy, Lee Quinones, Lady Pink, the Rock Steady Crew, The Cold Crush Brothers, Queen Lisa Lee of Zulu Nation, and Grandmaster Flash. The protagonist "Zoro" is played by New York graffiti artist "Lee" George Quinones. 2013, marks the 30th Anniversary of the film and a Blu Ray edition is slated for release to include various interviews and additional features.

Wild Style celebrated its 30^th Reunion at the original Amphitheater where the film's climax was held in 1982.  Fab 5 Freddy, Lee, Pink, Patti Astor, Rock Steady Crew, and Charlie Ahearn were on stage with performances by The Chief Rocker Busy Bee, The Cold Crush Brothers, The Fantastic, Rodney C, Lisa Lee and Grand Master Caz.

Charlie Ahearn and Fab 5 Freddy Brathwaite and Wild Style were celebrated at 2007 VH1 Hip Hop Honors hosted by Tracy Morgan and presented by LL Cool J, with Busy Bee, Grand Master Caz, Grand Wizard Theodore and KRS One performing on stage.
